Privacy Policy

When you submit the Request Staffing form, we collect the details you enter:

• Your name, company, work email, and phone number
• Your hiring location — city, state, and ZIP (street address is optional)
• What you are asking for: the staffing service, industry, workforce size, timing, and any message you write

When the form is submitted, our systems also record a small amount of technical and marketing context:

• Marketing attribution and referrer data — UTM parameters, the referring page, and the address of the page the form was submitted from
• Your approximate country and your browser's user-agent string
• A one-way keyed hash (HMAC-SHA256) derived from your IP address. We do not store your raw IP address. The hash is used only to rate-limit abusive submissions.

We use this information to respond to and manage your staffing inquiry, evaluate service fit, understand which pages or campaigns generated the inquiry, maintain appropriate business records, and protect the form from spam and abuse.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your form details for targeted advertising.

We rely on a small number of service providers who process this data on our behalf:

• Framer — hosts this website. As our hosting provider, it may process ordinary technical request data (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) needed to serve and secure the site.
• Cloudflare, Inc. — hosts the form-handling service and the database where submissions are stored, and provides the bot-verification check (Turnstile) that confirms you are human. Turnstile generates a short-lived verification token.
• Resend — delivers the notification email of your submission to the ATI team.

These providers process the data under their own security and privacy commitments.

The copy stored in Cloudflare D1 is automatically deleted after 12 months. Notification emails and records transferred into ATI’s email or other business systems may be retained longer when reasonably necessary to manage the inquiry, maintain business records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations.

Submissions are transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with the processors named above. Access is limited to ATI staff who handle staffing inquiries.

This site uses only the cookies and browser storage needed for core functionality and bot protection (for example, the Turnstile verification token). It does not use advertising cookies. If we add website analytics, we will update this policy to describe what is collected and who processes it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
