We are seeking an experienced and detail-driven Land Survey Project Manager for a full-time, on-site position. This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed surveyor or advanced LSIT ready to lead a variety of boundary, topographic, and construction survey projects in a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee active land survey projects from start to finish
  • Compute and analyze boundary surveys and review plats for accuracy and legal compliance
  • Develop and compute staking plans for survey crews
  • Review and approve plats and as-built drawings in coordination with crew chiefs
  • Support field crews by providing technical guidance and ensuring efficiency in execution
  • Work alongside leadership to implement a continuing education plan for the survey team
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal survey regulations and standards

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in land surveying project management (8+ years total in the industry if no degree)
  • Active LSIT certification and the ability to obtain PLS licensure in Georgia
  • Proficiency in boundary, topographic, ALTA, and construction staking surveys
  • Hands-on experience with survey software and modern data collection tools
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and sit for extended periods
  • Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screening

Education

  • Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • Acceptable alternative: 8 years of directly relevant experience in lieu of a degree
